The initiative is supported by the association of Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine who is carrying out an information campaign adressing energy efficiency in the residential and the transport sector. People are informed about the campaign and are provided measures suited to increase energy efficiency in their homes like for example for heating, cooling or air-conditioning. In addition it is the intention to attract investors in order to support private home-owners in their endeavours of renovation.
