Alcazar Energy Partners announces the launch of the largest onshore Wind Farm Project in North Macedonia
It represents the largest investment ever made in renewable energy infrastructure in Macedonia. The company's goal is to develop the largest renewable energy platform in the Western Balkans and this project is an important milestone. The project will be one of the largest wind farms in the Western Balkans and, once fully operational, will increase the installed wind power capacity in Northern Macedonia by almost five times. The Shtip project, which will be located south of Skopje, will play a key role in the implementation of the Just Transition Investment Platform for North Macedonia announced at COP28 and will make a significant contribution to reducing the country's greenhouse gas emissions.
