SIG obtains debt facility to finance 2 GWp solar pipeline in Poland

Sun Investment Group ("SIG"), a European renewable energy group, has secured a loan facility to support its pipeline of solar PV projects in Poland with a total capacity of 1,970 MWp.

SIG's pipeline comprises 323 individual projects varying in size from 1 MWp to 120 MWp. 100 MWp are already in the "ready-to-build" stage, 1,120 MWp of projects are in the mid-phase and 750 MWp of projects are in the early phase of realisation. This portfolio strengthens SIG's role as an important player in the Polish energy sector.
