DTEK Group builds the first major battery storage project in Poland

DRI, a company specializing in renewable energy, has acquired the largest battery storage project in Poland.

DRI signed a share purchase agreement with Polish company Columbus Energy to build a 133 MW battery storage facility in southern Poland. This is DTEK's first major infrastructure investment in Poland and an important milestone in the company's plan to create a pan-European energy system that unites Ukraine and the EU.
