The Scientific Research Centre for Biomass carried out the feasibility study and also provided advisory support. It is the first industrial biogas plant based on grain stillage in Ukraine. The implementation of this project is an innovative initiative that could encourage other distilleries in Ukraine to consider the production of biogas and biomethane. It is of great importance that such projects are supported by international organisations.
