The Ministry has finalised the preparations by defining the conditions that investors must fulfil. The requirement was to install wind turbines with a capacity of 6.6 KW each at the planned site. However, the total number of turbines has not been announced. The minimum annual lease fee for the land was set at 569,500 euros.
