The factory will produce rotor blades for Vestas' flagship V236-15.0 MW turbine and is expected to be operational in 2026 and will create more than 1,000 direct jobs. The new factories are intended to meet European and partly global demand and play a key role in the development of Poland's offshore wind industry. With the two new factories in Szczecin, Vestas is expected to employ more than 2,500 people in Poland soon.
